Grey Matter Learning (greymatterlearning.co.uk) is an award winning health and social care training provider that was in incorporated in March 2007 by a passionate group of individuals in Newbury, UK. The business was acquired by The Progress Group in early 2021, with some of the original team members making the transition to join TPG. GML changed our name to Flourish in September 2024.

Grey Matter Learning's mission is to ‘improve lives through learning’. GML were a recognised Skills for Care ‘Centre of Excellence’ for 5 years straight, helping thousands of social care services and local authorities to reduce staff turnover and improve CQC ratings. Our eLearning platform, Click, features over 130 online health and social care courses, and seamlessly links assessment, learning, and evidence.
