Leading Change Improving Care (LCIC)
Leading Change Improving Care (LCIC) training programme helps Health and Social Care workers to implement change within their organisation.
Leading Change Improving Care training programme for adult social care leaders
Leading Change Improving Care (LCIC) is a 5 day leadership programme developed by Skills for Care. LCIC is grounded in the reality of health and social care delivery and takes a practical look at how to influence and implement service. It explores how to lead and manage change within teams and organisations and provides tools and techniques to drive change and ultimately improve the quality of care delivered.
Leading Change Improving Care enables participants to consider their own leadership styles. It focuses on the impact on themselves and their team, teaching you how to become a more effective leader and how to influence and motivate teams.
LCIC programmes are fully fundable using the Adult Social Care Learning and Development Support Scheme (LDSS)
