We’ve introduced two platform updates to make Click Learning easier to access, more secure, and better connected to the systems organisations already use.
Flourish now supports Single Sign-On (SSO) and API integrations, creating a smoother overall experience that simplifies access for learners while giving organisations greater visibility and flexibility behind the scenes.
One login. One dashboard. All your Flourish products.
Click Learning can now be accessed through a Single Sign-On experience, bringing all Flourish products together behind one secure login.
Users sign in once via a central Flourish login page and are taken to the Flourish Product Dashboard, where all available products are clearly displayed in one place. From here, users can access Click Learning, Click Shifts, Flourish Rewards and Flourish Wellbeing without needing separate URLs or logins.
This creates a more consistent experience across the platform and provides a clear foundation for future Flourish products.
Existing Click Learning and Click Shifts links and bookmarks continue to work. If a user starts from one of these, they’ll simply be redirected to the Flourish login page, asked to sign in, and then taken to the Product Dashboard to select their product. No links are broken and no new bookmarks are required.
Connecting Click Learning to your systems with our API
Alongside SSO, Click Learning can now be connected to HR or workforce systems using our API (Application Programming Interface).
Using the API, organisations can automate key processes such as creating or closing learner accounts when staff join or leave, sharing training and compliance data back to HR systems to support rota planning, and improving visibility for audits and reporting. This helps ensure managers always have access to accurate, up-to-date training and compliance information.
The API can be used alongside Single Sign-On, allowing staff to move from their HR system directly into Click Learning without needing to sign in again. This saves time, reduces friction, and keeps authentication centralised.
Built for security and scale
Both updates are built using industry-standard security approaches and are designed to scale as organisations grow. Integrations can be tailored to suit different setups, and the platform is ready to support additional products and connections in the future.
What’s not changing
Your existing subscriptions remain the same, and no product features or data are affected. Flourish Rewards and Flourish Wellbeing remain free with Click Learning where applicable.
What do you need to do?
Nothing new. Continue using your usual links and workflows. When prompted, sign in via the Flourish login page and select your product from the Product Dashboard.
