Q: Does the platform signpost staff to external support services?
A: Absolutely. If you head to the ‘Hub’ section in the navigation bar, you’ll find contact details for various support organisations. We’ve even categorised these into tailored support for Adult Social Care, Children’s Services, and Education, so your team gets the most relevant help for their specific roles.
Q: Is there an app available?
A: Yes! You can find the Hapstar app on the App Store or Google Play. Just download it and log in using your existing Click Learning credentials.
Q: Is my data and wellbeing status confidential?
A: 100%. We take privacy very seriously. All data on the platform is completely confidential – your employer or colleagues cannot see your individual wellbeing details or anything you share.
Q: Are there resources to help me roll this out to my staff?
A: Yes, we’ve created an Employer Pack and several ready-to-use templates (linked above) to help you spread the word. If you need any extra pointers, your Account Manager is always happy to help.
