Care Leadership CPD Webinar
Article contents

Leading in adult social care isn’t easy. With ongoing pressures around staff turnover, burnout and increasing demand, even experienced managers can find their confidence tested.

Many social care managers move into leadership roles because they are skilled, compassionate practitioners. But managing a team requires a different skillset – and not everyone receives the training or support they need when stepping into leadership.

In this webinar, Richard Mills, Social Care Trainer and Assessor, and Samantha Kiln, Flourish Leadership and Digital Skills Manager, explore what confident leadership really looks like in practice.

The session is particularly useful for new managers, aspiring leaders, and those who have been in post for a while but still feel like they are “figuring it out as they go”.

Our leadership training programmes for Health and Social Care are created by Skills for Care and are fully fundable using LDSS funding.
