Since June 2022, Flourish has partnered with Northam Care Trust, a North Devon-based charity providing person-centred support for individuals with learning and physical disabilities.
Established in 1978 by local parents, the organisation has always focused on helping people achieve choice, control and the best possible quality of life – a mission that continues to guide their work today across supported living, residential care and community outreach services.

Through this partnership, Flourish supports the development of both leaders and care teams via Click Learning, helping to build a confident, capable workforce.
