Each nomination celebrates a different part of what we do, but they all recognise our shared purpose: creating tools, training, and opportunities that make life better for people working in care and the people they support.
Shaping the future of care staffing
At the National Care Awards, we’re proud to be finalists for Supplier of the Year – Staffing. This one feels especially meaningful because it celebrates innovation and impact in one of the biggest challenges facing the sector: workforce sustainability.
Our goal is to help care organisations invest in their most valuable asset: their people. Our courses are written by sector experts and designed to build skills, confidence, and connection across teams. From mandatory training to live leadership training, we’re proud to be helping care professionals grow, develop, and stay inspired in their work.
Recognised for workforce development
Being shortlisted for Workforce Development at the Social Care Premier Supplier Awards is a real honour. It highlights the work we’ve put into building accessible learning that meets real-world needs.

Championing leadership in care
And finally, we’ve been shortlisted for the Tomorrow’s Care Awards 2026 for our courses upskilling future care leaders. Our goal is to support those leading teams, settings, and systems - people shaping the future of care every day. It offers essential learning in areas like leadership styles and managing quality to help build confident, compassionate, and reflective leaders.
