Course overview of Essential Life Skills; Emotional Intelligence and Time Management
In this course, we are introducing two essential life skills: Time Management and Emotional Intelligence. The World Economic Forum cited Emotional Intelligence, sometimes referred to as Emotional Quotient, or EQ – especially self management and working with others - as being skills in high demand by 2025.
People who know the value of their time, and can therefore manage their time well, are often role models to others. The benefits of developing both our EQ and our skills in managing time will help to achieve more at work, and in all areas of our lives.
