Diversity, equality and inclusion (DEI) are at the heart of quality care. Care and support workers need to know how to spot DEI issues, how to challenge them, and how to prevent issues.

This equality diversity and inclusion training explains what equality and diversity mean in everyday practice. You will learn how to value differences, respect protected characteristics, and how to follow the Equality Act 2010. Furthermore, this course shows how positive and inclusive behaviours support the wellbeing of both staff and people receiving care.
