Course overview of Resilience And Recovery
Resilience helps recovery from trauma. Yet any child or young person, however resilient, can be traumatised, acquiring brain injury as a result of unregulated stress. Once traumatised, even resilient children become vulnerable.
This course shows how resilience is linked to recovery from trauma, and how adults can help children and young people to develop resilience.
