Course overview of Supporting Menopause in the Workplace
It’s a common view that ‘women of a certain age’ can get a bit hot and flustered and may open a window to cool down or fan themselves with whatever comes to hand! But menopause is so much more than that, as you will find out as we go through this course.
We will aim to equip you with the knowledge, understanding and tools to help support someone experiencing the menopause, both those you may support and for people within the workplace.
For managers there is an additional course, called 'Supporting menopause in the workplace: A manager's guide' which comes after you complete this one, which contains details on topics including developing a menopause policy, and managing absence.
