Course overview of Team Building Skills
This Team Building Skills course is designed to help you consider what makes teams perform well and how you can apply this learning to your own work environment to help you build a cohesive, happy and effective team.
The session will flow through topics that will help you to think about and build on your current team function. At certain points in the course, you will be asked to reflect on and write down personal actions that you can take back into your own work environment. In addition, we have provided you with a treasure chest of team-building activities that you can add to. The treasure chest can be found at the end of the course.
