The whole of childhood is a preparation for adult life. In all our lives, things happen that change us – transitions.
Resilient children grow stronger through every transition in life. However, vulnerable children and young people can find transitions painful or even traumatic. This course provides learners with understanding and tools to enable children and young people to build resilience and make successful transitions.

- The Impact of unmet attachment needs on transitions
- Dealing with a specific change when working with vulnerable children
- Transitions during the school day
- School holidays and preparing for transitions
