This Understand Your Role course is designed to help you recognise your responsibilities and professional boundaries within your role in health and social care. You’ll explore what it means to work in line with your organisation’s values, standards, and agreed ways of working — and how your own experiences and attitudes can shape the care you provide.

As part of the Care Certificate online course, this training also covers the importance of partnership working, honesty, and accountability — as well as what to do when something doesn’t feel right.
