Overview of LCIC - 24th January 2025

This Leading Change Improving Care (LCIC) programme is a national programme developed by Skills for Care and is suitable for new and experienced Registered Managers working within an adult social care setting.

With an emphasis on leading and managing change within your care setting, this programme offers practical tools, knowledge and skills to implement the necessary changes in order to meet current and future demand.

You will reflect on your own leadership style and review the impact this has on you and your team. With a strong focus on coaching and mentoring skills and behaviours, the LCIC programme places significant emphasis on your ability to nurture other colleagues within your team in order to create high performing teams who in turn, help to improve the quality of care delivered.

What are the programme delivery methods?

All of our programmes are delivered by webinar, however some can be delivered face to face. The programme page will dictate this, but get in touch with our team to book a bespoke Click Academy programme.

Will I get a certificate?

Yes, absolutely! Upon completing any of our programmes, you'll receive a certificate to recognise your achievement.

How long do the programmes take to complete?

The length of time to complete a programme depends on the one you choose. Each programme is designed with different learning outcomes in mind, so some may take a bit longer than others. Is there funding available?
