We’re absolutely chuffed to share that Flourish has been named a finalist for Small Employer of the Year at this year’s WBTC Rising Stars and Employer Awards! The winners will be announced at the annual awards event, this year taking place on Thursday 15th May at the Arlington Arts Centre. We can’t wait!
This event is a brilliant celebration of all the people building their futures through apprenticeships, and the employers helping them get there. We’re proud to be recognised alongside organisations who, like us, believe in giving people the support, skills, and confidence to thrive.
We’re proud to have supported seven apprentices so far. All were offered permanent roles on completing their training, and two are still part of our team today! It’s a partnership that works both ways - shaping careers, strengthening our team, and growing future talent in a meaningful way.
Our relationship with WBTC goes back years, and we’ve been lucky enough to receive four previous awards and to be the finalists for four more. This award means a lot to us. It reflects our values, our belief in people, and the power of doing things differently.
We’re so excited to celebrate the apprentices, the changemakers, and all those helping to build brighter futures. Roll on the 15th!
