In this course, we introduce skills that will help you work with others. Human beings have always worked in teams, as we are stronger together. However, some of us are not natural team workers, or have bad experiences of being a member of a toxic team. This course introduces you to the elements of an effective team, and what you can do to be a good team worker, the behaviour's to adopt to work in collaboration with others.  We will then turn towards another essential aspect affecting our well-being and productivity at work - organisational culture – what it is, what it looks like and whether you are an organisational ‘fit’.
